ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

Accommodation

Depending on the participant’s agreement, all participants will be required to stay at the official Canada Open 2014 hotel if they wish to register as participants unless they are a resident of the host city or have received an exemption from the organizing committee of the event.

Stay to save

Building the taekwondo community under one roof

Groups wishing to stay at the Center Sheraton Montreal Hotel will have the opportunity to meet the other participants. They will also be able to interact and bond with members of the Canadian and international taekwondo communities. Obviously, Taekwondo Canada wants to create a memorable experience by creating a sense of community under one roof.

Lower prices

According to our calculations, participants will pay an additional $ 100 if they rent a room without taking advantage of the preferential group rate. We were able to significantly reduce the registration fees for the event thanks to this agreement negotiated with the Center Sheraton Montréal Hôtel. Please note that the price for triple or quadruple occupancy is the same.

A promising future

The rate structure negotiated with the Center Sheraton Montreal Hotel will benefit participants now and in the future. Room prices will not fluctuate over the next four years, regardless of the inevitable spikes in inflation and cost increases. Additionally, as a not-for-profit organization, we will be reinvesting the profits generated from this event back into the taekwondo community through national programs, as well as national team service and support. . Indeed, this accommodation model will benefit the entire Canadian taekwondo community.

Taekwondo Canada will accept exemption requests. To obtain the exemption request form, please click here .
